River Hills is a planned residential community
located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Our community has 489
single family homes and is governed by the River Hills Homeowners
Association. Priestley Management, our property manager, manages
the collection of homeowners dues, property inspection and maintenance,
and enforces our bylaws and governing documents.
Our community features an eleven acre lake
with forested buffer encompassing it and a 2/3 mile jogging/walking
path that traces the lake's perimeter. In 2007, new playground
equipment was installed at the lake park. A basketball hoop,
picnic tables and a 30 foot dock for catch-and-release fishing
are also available for residents to enjoy at the lake park.
The lake, playground, walking trails, basketball
court, picnic areas, and surrounding common areas are for the
exclusive use by River Hills residents and their guests only.
The park is open from dawn until dusk.
As of July 2008, River Hills was annexed into
the Greensboro city limits.
