Priestley Management has been retained as the managing agent
for the River Hills Homeowners Association since 2007. As manager,
they are responsible for providing financial, administrative,
and physicial property management to River Hills. Our dedicated
property manager, Kim Nameth, brings a great deal of knowledge,
experience and professionalism to our association.
Current River Hills monthly assessments effective 1/1/2023:
$25.30 homes located on public maintained road
$33.30 homes located on private streets
Assessments are due on the 1st of the month. A late fee of $10
will be charged for assessments not paid on time.
Assessment balances that go unpaid may result in a lien being
placed on the property.
Assessment rates are subject to change annually. If assessment
amounts change, it is the homeowners responsibility to make timely
arrangements to authorize the correct amount due. To confirm rate

River Hills HOA accepts payment by check, automatic bank draft,
or online (either by credit card or e-check). Cash will not be

This website has been specifically designed to allow you the convenience
of making your payments online and accessing your account information.
On your first visit to the website you will need to register.
Simply click on the "Register" button and complete the
information required. Your email address is your Login ID and
a password will be sent to you by email. Once you receive your
password, you will be ready to make online payments.
AUTOMATIC DRAFTS (ACH)
If you would like to set up an automatic bank draft for payment,
please submit a bank authorization by the 20th of the month prior
to when you want the automatic draft started. If assessment amounts
change, it is the homeowners responsibility to make timely arrangements

In December you will be receiving your new coupon books in the
mail. When writing your check, please make sure to make it payable
to River Hills Plantation HOA and include your account number
on the member line.
If you use a bill pay service with your bank, please note the
correct payee in order to ensure your payment is posted promptly.

Non-emergency maintenance requests, comments
and concerns should be submitted in writing using the
Request and Comment Form. Email is strongly encouraged for the
quickest response to routine requests. For after-hours emergencies,
simply call our office number (336-379-5007) and follow the prompt
for the emergency mail box. The manager on call for the evening
will return your call.
